Ruymán is passionate about gastronomy and the restaurant business and has a wide and varied experience in different types and areas of cuisine. He loves experimenting with ingredients, new preparations and techniques and is always looking for ways to contribute ideas to improve or reinvent dishes, giving them a personal, modern and surprising touch.
