A young Gran Canarian trained at the island’s hospitality schools, Génesis is an inquisitive chef, passionate about traveling, learning, and gaining experience in the country’s top restaurants. Always in continuous training, he applies new techniques, preparations, and presentations, always placing local products at the heart of his creations.
Over the years, many professionals have left their mark in the kitchens of El Zarcillo, located in the Tafira neighborhood of Las Palmas. However, the true merit of the establishment lies in preserving its work philosophy and the spirit that defines it, creating experiences that diners remember and return for.
