Ivette Casadevall Cufí is the Director of Fundació EMYS (Riudarenes, Girona), where she leads projects that place communication at the service of conservation and social transformation. She holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s in Social Communication Research, specializing in communication within the environmental third sector.

Her professional career is defined by a strong commitment to communication for change. Ivette understands environmental awareness not merely as a message, but as a participatory process capable of raising awareness, mobilizing citizens, and strengthening the connection between people and their natural environment.

At Fundació EMYS, she promotes strategies that combine rigor, creativity, and citizen participation, convinced that only through knowledge and collective engagement can we build a society truly committed to biodiversity conservation and the protection of our territory.
