Ave Pastelería Artesanal was born from Dana Joher’s desire to blend tradition and creativity in every bite. With Franco-Lebanese roots and a background in management and marketing, Dana honed her skills at the prestigious École Ferrandi and worked alongside culinary icons like Pierre Hermé and the chocolate house Valrhona.
Not finding a concept in Gran Canaria that matched the sophistication she experienced in France, she decided to open her own space in 2021. Since then, Dana has combined traditional techniques with innovative flavors, offering pastries that educate the palate and turn every sweet into a unique experience.
