Born in the heart of Bullas, Salvador Fernández Sánchez has made his home a gastronomic benchmark. As chef and CEO of Grupo Borrego, he runs Finca Entremolinos, Borrego Canalla and Casa Borrego Hotel Gastronómico, combining the essence of the countryside with haute cuisine.
His passion for local produce and D.O. Bullas wines has won him awards such as the Sol Repsol and recognition as the best chef in the Region of Murcia (2022).
He has been a speaker at fairs such as Madrid Fusión, San Sebastian Gastronómica and Alicante Gastronómica, promoting the culinary wealth of Murcia.
